Sardines with vegetables
Fresh or frozen fish is being cut and cleaned from inedible parts, then put in cans. After that we put vegetable and tomato sauce. Cannes are hermetically closed and sterilized by heat. There are no preservatives or additives in it. Without preservatives or additives.
Sardines with lemon
Products are being made from fresh caught or fresh frozen Adriatic sardines. They are cut and cleaned from inedible parts, and then boiled in their own juice. We put vegetable oil, and then we close them hermetically and sterilize by heat. They get fresh flavor by putting slice of lemon inside. There are no preservatives or additives in it. Without preservatives or additives.
Sardines with hot pepper
Products are being made from fresh caught or fresh frozen Adriatic sardines. They are cut and cleaned from inedible parts, and then are boiled in steam. We put vegetable oil and then we hermetically close can and sterilize by heat. Spicy flavor gets from putting hot pepper in it. Hot pepper gives them the spicy flavor.

Light sardines

Fried sardines in olive oil
Fried sardines in olive oil are a "new" product, which production began in 1960, and was interrupted in 1980. Today we are revitalizing the old tradition.
Sardines are cut and hand-cleaned from inedible parts, and then washed, dried and fried in oil.
After that they are hand-packed in cans and hermetically closed and sterilized by heat.
Our sardines are preservative and additive-free and they are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids.
Tuna
The fish is carefully selected, in order to fulfill the requests of high-quality market, since the rest of the market is saturated with low-price&low-quality tuna. We offer tuna fillets in oil, tuna fillets in water (the only ones on Croatian market) and tuna with vegetables.
Mackerel
As sardines, mackerels are exclusively from domestic catch (the area of catch is highlighted on the back side of the package). Except the mackerel fillets, we are very proud of our recipe for mackerel with vegetables, a unique combination of pepper, carrot and spices which is strictly kept secret.
